Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic procurement or sourcing within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of international trade, regulatory, and compliance standards (e.g., ECCN, COO, export controls).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Professional certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, CIPS, or equivalent) is an advantage.
