Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts relating to warehousing and logistics requests.
- Responding to customers' emails and requests for inventory and delivery requests.
- Maintaining accuracy of customers' inventory via WMS.
- Processing customers' order requests and co-ordinating with warehouse team for pick and pack process.
-Well versed in Excel and other basic PC skills.
Qualifications
2 Years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics sector
Proficiency in MS Office
Prior Experience in Logistics Environment
