Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new construction projects.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, including developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.

• Actively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads and follow up on new business opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and project bids that meet client needs.

• Negotiate project terms, contracts, and pricing in a fair and transparent manner.

• Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to execution.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in a professional and inclusive manner.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project life cycles, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.

• A degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
