On behalf of Pentas Vision, a subsidiary company of Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation (SSS), we are looking to employ an HR Professional with outstanding execution and communication skills. We expect excellent sense of responsibility and demonstrate deep understanding of employee relationships and staffing management.

To ensure success, he/she should collaborate with multiple stakeholders with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Agent for payroll information, clarify details and process payroll in e-bank.

  • Support for work pass applications and renewal in accordance with Employment Act

  • Preparation on relevant documents such as letter of appointment, employment verification etc.

  • Handle full process of employee enrolling and resigning process.

  • Maintain HR system information, including employee records, annual calendar, annual leave etc.

  • Handle payment request for HR related expenses.

  • Manage time off applications.

  • Respond to requests for headcount and employment information updates.

  • Support performance evaluation consolidation, and employee benefits when needed.

  • Assist business or manager to various projects, government grants/surveys, claims etc.

  • Coordinate with teams for company events or projects.

  • Investigate and/or escalate complaints brought forward by employees.

  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).

  • Above 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist (essential).

  • Deep understanding of Employment Act, and regulations in Singapore.

  • English speaker, with ability to understand and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.

  • Efficient HR administration skills, with proactive communication style, and strong sense of responsibility.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, superb computer literacy with capability in Excel, Word, and related HR software.

  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

  • Able to work with ambiguity and minimum supervision.
