Job Description & Responsibilities
Monitoring inventory in the ERP/WMS systems
Perform inventory receiving & transfers in the ERP/WMS systems
Coordinate the transfers, receiving, issuing and returns of inventory between Frosts’ warehouses and intercompany departments, 3rd Party Logistics/Warehouses
Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems
General administrative duties include but not limited to checking of outgoing and returning invoices, delivery orders, goods receive/return notes, to ensure documents are updated into the company systems, attending to self-collection customers
Other assignments that may be required by Manager.
Position Requirements
Min GCE “N” Level and above, computer literate
Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
Possess positive attitude and initiative
Ability to work well as a team
Possess good communication skills – both written and verbal
