Job Description

• Position: Food Production Assistant  

• Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm); Saturday (8:00am – 12:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,600 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)    

• Working Location: Jurong Port

• Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Food Processing Manufacturing  

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager on planning, organizing, direct and controlling all aspects of production operations.

• Ensure processes are in accordance with requirements and standards.

• Monitors’ daily production target is met.

• Plan production schedule and prepare reports of stock count.

• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

• Procurement and admin task e.g. product specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline.

• At least 2 years of working experience in a Food Manufacturing environment.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin as it required to liaise with mandarin speaking clients and colleagues.
