About the Role

DY M&E Pte Ltd, an established mechanical and electrical engineering company, is seeking a smart, quick-witted, and experienced M&E Coordinator to join our energetic team in the East Region.
This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of our mechanical and electrical projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

• Monitor and track the progress of multiple projects, identifying and resolving issues or delays quickly.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and cost estimates.

• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely site availability.

• Attend site meetings and provide clear updates to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to implement engineering plans and specifications.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an M&E Coordinator or in a similar role within the mechanical/electrical industry.

• Smart, resourceful, and quick-witted, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.

• Excellent communication and project coordination skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

• Familiar with project management software and tools.

• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
