What you will do:


The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth in the building technologies and HVAC sectors.


How will you do it:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed branch sales targets.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, if any.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee Service and Project Delivery operations and ensure that task are carried out in a timely manner.

  • Act as company representative in VisMin region and ensure that customer satisfaction and expectations are met. Any escalations by customers will be addressed by this person.


What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering

  • Experience in HVAC business particularly in Chillers/AHU will be an advantage

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building technologies or HVAC industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Experience with building automation systems or energy management solutions.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
