Job Summary
Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Woodlands
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and issue quotations for equipment spare parts.
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness, and generate internal job orders.
Coordinate with production, project managers, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and prepare shipping documents.
Serve as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing order and delivery updates.
Obtain Certificates of Origin (COO) from government agencies when required.
Track and analyze sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and support management with key data insights.
Liaise with the finance team for invoicing and payment matters.
Provide market feedback and customer insights to the sales team.
