Provide professional support and administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, ensuring a secure and reliable infrastructure.
Independently research, design, develop, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions.
Administer and monitor Microsoft 365 to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
Serve as the first point of contact for issue escalation and provide standby helpdesk support after office hours and on weekends.
Monitor system health; analyze and test system performance regularly.
Perform annual hardware refresh for endpoint devices and network equipment.
Manage regular updates, backups, and restores as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize functionality and user experience.
Manage onboarding and offboarding IT processes.
Document system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Coordinate with teams and vendors to provide top-tier support both onsite and remotely, including vessel support.
Travel internationally to provide IT support for vessels when vendor assistance is unavailable.
Act as IT procurement officer, working closely with vendors to manage excellent vendor relationships.
Maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual IT operation checklists.
At least 1 year of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Over 2 years of experience providing Level 1 support in mid to large enterprises.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
At least 2 years’ technical experience supporting network and firewall setups for SMEs.
