Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Proactively source for new business and customers to expand our client base in the road markings and asphalt laying industry

·         Handle customer enquiries, thoroughly understand site requirements, prepare accurate and competitive quotations

·         Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

·         Able to Lead and Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

·         Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities

·         Study and understand our products specifications well

·         To source new or alternative products so as to recommend to customers

·         Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects

·         Provide valuable feedback on market needs, customer preferences and competitor strategies to the management team

Job Requirements:

·         Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (manual)

·         Minimum Diploma from a local institution

·         Entry level professional with a focus on construction or individuals with past experiences in road construction are encouraged to apply

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers

·         Strong initiative, exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to think quickly on your feet

·         Able to communicate in Hokkien

·         Prior sales experience is preferred

Note: A vehicle will be provided. Sales experience in any field will be considered.
