Responsibilities:
Monitor and co-ordinate maintenance routines and service schedules.
Perform hands-on trouble-shooting repairs of building and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular checks on building premises & facilities.
Ensure servicing / repair/ renovation works are properly carried out by 3rd party contractors.
Set up facilities and equipment for meetings.
Ensure fire safety, workplace health & safety standards are maintained.
Manage and maintain inventory of housekeeping & maintenance stocks.
Responsible for monthly reports, staff roster, claims, performance appraisal, yearly budget.
Supervise and lead team of staff.
Attend to breakdowns and emergency calls.
Requirements:
Higher NITEC / Diploma in building, electrical or related field from recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant supervisory experience in maintenance.
Proficient in Microsoft office skills.
Hands-on and with initiative
Possess good problem-solving skills and organizational skills
Able to multi-task and work independently
5½ day week (alternate Sat)
Able to be on stand-by for events held on weekends, if necessary
