About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at KINGMAO INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE LTD' in the Senoko North Region. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, NSF, FSSC 22000 and all relevant regulatory, safety and operational standards in Singapore.

• Implement and enforce factory SOPs and work procedures to maintain production quality and efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Monitor machine operations and production processes; troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

• Work closely with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to meet production goals.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily or weekly reports.

• Lead, train, and manage production staff; provide guidance and performance feedback.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment

2. Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment, factory compliance standards, and safety regulations

3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and strategic planning skills

4. Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work culture

5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive operational efficiency

6. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin – both written and spoken; excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
