Job Description
· Process Sales Order
· Prepare Invoice, shipping documents
· Place Purchase orders with our Principals and follow up on shipment status.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
· Follow up customer order and delivery
· Handle general administrative work including delivery schedule planning.
· Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder or GCE O Level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (E.g. Word & Excel).
Ability to work independently & as a team player.
