Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding To perform end-to-end hiring process, from job postings and interviews to new hire orientations and documentation.
Employee Lifecycle Management Managing employee records, performance appraisals, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
Payroll & Benefits Administration Processing payroll, handling CPF contributions, tax filings, and managing employee benefits and claims.
HR Policies & Compliance Enforcing HR policies in line with Singapore's Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement Addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment. Participating in engagement activities planning.
Training & Development Coordinating and sourcing employee training programs.
HRIS Management Utilizing HR Information Systems for data management and reporting.
Supporting any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Educational Background Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience At least 3-4 years in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and Singapore's labor laws.
Technical Skills Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with payroll systems is advantageous.
Soft Skills Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
