•  Position : Customer Service Executive (SUPPLY CHAIN/FREIGHT) -NO EXPERIENCE WELCOME

• Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent

• Working hours : 5 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3400 + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Freight Forwarding Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Attending to Customer’s enquiries and booking of shipments

• Arrange for space bookings and monitoring

• Liaise closely with Import/Export Department for smooth execution for all jobs

• Preparation of all pre-alerts to all respective stations prior to arrival and departure of shipping

• Checking of arriving and uplift details each morning and also keep all Customers informed of the acquired information

• To check and ensure customers special request/handling is duly complied

• Deal with the respective parties effectively & efficiently, using a diplomacy and negotiation skills

• Good fillings systems and proper housekeeping

• Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers

Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE WELCOME (MUST BE FROM SUPPLY CHAIN) - Training Provided

• 2 year experience in freight forwarding (AIR /Sea freight)- added advantage

• GCE’O’ Level & above

• Proficient in MS office applications

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
