1. Operation Manager /Up to $8,000 + Incentive + $52 Transport /5.5 days

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

• Handle stock, labeling, inventory, monitor warehouse KPI & implement improvement strategies.

• Plan, schedule, optimize delivery routes, and supervise logistics team & 3PL providers.

• Resolve transportation issues and maintain stock levels & implement procedures.

• Manage inventory aging, conduct stock counts and reconciliations.

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse and logistics staff.

• Reporting on delivery trip efficiency, cost per delivery, stock-out frequency, and inventory aging.

• Provide suggestion to senior management for operational planning and improvements.

• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business with 5 years supervisory in warehouse and logistics.

• Proficiency in (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP). Experience implementing cost-saving.

2. Assistant Finance Manager/ Up to $5,000 /5 days

• Full set of accounts and generate Financial statement, Sales and Cash Flow reports

• Reconcile bank transactions, debt collection and AR controller function

• Process Giro payments to suppliers and vendors

• File quarterly GST submission and handle tax and audit matters

• Handle yearly stock take supervision and backend preparation

• Degree in Accountancy with 3 years experience. Proficient in using Navision software

• Possess supervisory experience to managing staffs
