Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employment contract preparation.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Manage foreign worker administration: work passes, housing, and logistics.
Coordinate training needs, schedules, and vendor communication across teams.
Administer training grants and process payroll
Organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
Support HR initiatives and perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec and above
2 years of relevant working experience
