As a Nurse Clinician (Operating Theatre, Hospital), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plays a key leadership role in delivering safe, efficient and high quality care.

• Provide expert nursing care before, during and after surgical procedure in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing workflow in the operating theatre to ensure safe and timely surgical operations.

• Act as clinical resource and role model for junior staffs.

• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, surgical safety checklists, and perioperative documentation.

• Participate in the development, review, and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.

• Supervise, coach, and assess performance of nursing staff.

• Support staff training, orientation, and continuing education initiatives.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, patient safety, and clinical excellence.

• Coordinate operating theatre scheduling in collaboration with surgical and anesthetic teams.

• Monitor resource usage (equipment, supplies, and instruments) and ensure theatre readiness.

• Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and incident investigations.

• Drive process improvements to enhance theatre efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Participate in perioperative meetings, case reviews, and policy discussions.

• Support emergency and complex cases, providing leadership during high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• Valid Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Bachelor's in Nursing.

• Experienced in Operating Theatre and leadership role will be advantage.
