Job Scope:

• Oversee daily meat cutting, trimming, and preparation of products.

• Ensure freshness, proper storage, and quality standards of all meat products.

• Supervise and guide junior butchers and assistants.

• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of meat supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service, including custom cutting requests.

• Comply with food safety, and workplace safety regulations.

• Assist in pricing, display, and merchandising of meat products.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in meat cutting and handling.

• Skilled in operating butchery tools and equipment safely.

• In-depth knowledge of various meat types, cuts, and preparation techniques.

• Comfortable working in cold room environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
