Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other channels to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
Position the company as a one-stop service provider by broadening product and service offerings to meet diverse customer needs.
Advise and recommend effective product solutions, ensuring alignment with customers’ technical requirements and business objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales account management or business development, ideally within industries related to metal stamping, tool making, or machining.
Strong understanding of market intelligence, sales and marketing strategies, and technical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes and costing.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose customized solutions to meet customer requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
