Medical Laboratory Technologist (Phlebotomy Service) - #1120080

 Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy services as requested by the clinicians

• Ensure that samples collected are consistently accurate and are despatched timely

• Assist in the servicing and maintenance of phlebotomy tools

• Assist in checking and monitoring the usage of the relevant equipment

• Receive, sort and process laboratory specimens in the clinical laboratory

• Perform laboratory tests as requested by the clinicians and ensure that test results are consistently reliable, accurate and released timely

Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or its equivalent

• Certificate in Phlebotomy is preferred

• Relevant working experience in a clinical laboratory setting would be an added advantage

• Able to work well independently as well as in a team
