IT Support Executive (Retail/F&B) 

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to both office and store teams, covering hardware setup and troubleshooting. 

• Manage and upkeep servers, networking equipment, firewall systems, and VPN access. 

• Install, configure, and maintain POS and kiosk platforms to support retail operations. 

• Handle IT-related tasks for new store launches and technology rollouts. 

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on group-level system initiatives and IT standards. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. 

• Minimum 2 years of practical IT support experience, within retail or F&B sectors. 

• Good working knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and firewall management. 

• Prior exposure to POS and kiosk system operations. 

IT Support Officer (Microsoft 365) 

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure system reliability and performance. 

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for users across office and fleet operations. 

• Monitor system health, perform regular updates, backups, and hardware refresh activities. 

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for troubleshooting, procurement, and IT project support. 

• Conduct user onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate system documentation and inventory records. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. 

• At least 2 years of IT support experience (L1/L2) within mid-to-large enterprise environments, including hands-on management of Microsoft 365. 

• Strong knowledge of network and firewall setup for SME environments. 

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
