Key Responsibility :

Barista :-

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks in line with café standards.

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems safely and confidently.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and the café environment.

• Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks.

• Keep up to date with menu offerings and promotions to better engage with customers.

Bartender :-

• Oversee daily bar operations and help establish service standards.

• Prepare bar stations, manage inventory, and coordinate service timing.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment behind the bar.

• Support cost management and budget control under guidance of senior staff.

• Ensure drink quality and assist in training new bar team members

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender.

• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
