Centre Manager - Kids & Co Student Care (Jurong East) - #1119976

About the Role

We're opening a brand-new Kids & Co Student Care Centre in Jurong East - a place where primary school children can learn, grow and thrive in a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.

As Centre Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director and be part of the core team driving this exciting new venture. You'll play a key leadership role in setting up and managing the centre, shaping both the culture and operational excellence of our student care programme

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth running of the student care centre

• Build and maintain student enrolment through quality programmes and parent engagement

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a passionate team of student care teachers

• Liaise with parents on student development and well-being

• Ensure all programmes and activities are implemented effectively according to the curriculum

• Plan and manage manpower, logistics and centre resources

• Handle fund collection, staff claims, and administrative processes

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for enrolment, withdrawals, and assistance schemes

• Maintain updated records of students' profiles and finance matters

• Support and guide student care teachers in classroom supervision when needed

• Take on other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements:-

• Diploma and above (preferably in Education, Community, or Social Services)

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment

• Organised, proactive, and able to handle both administrative and operational responsibilities

• Prior experience in student care or education management will be an advantage
