Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare Sector)

Are you passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful careers in healthcare? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will partner with healthcare institutions to deliver quality recruitment solutions while driving new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to offer management and onboarding support.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals across various disciplines.

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and professional communication.

Client & Business Development

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential healthcare clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and workforce strategies.

• Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient fulfilment of client requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.

• Prior experience in healthcare industry exposure is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Proactive, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for building networks and closing opportunities.

• Familiar with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other digital recruitment tools.
