Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market, specifically targeting companies in need of event solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored event solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring all sales activities are tracked and followed up on effectively.
Promote and sell B2B event services, including but not limited to event planning, execution, and post-event services.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and represent the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the events industry or with a focus on event management.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in the event or corporate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
