Engineer (P&S) – HDB Project Experience Required - #1119751

• Supervise and coordinate Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for HDB projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and authority requirements.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily site activities to ensure progress and quality meet project timelines.

• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly.

• Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

• Conduct inspections and ensure workmanship meets HDB standards and specifications.

• Manage testing and commissioning of P&S systems.

• Ensure all works comply with HDB, PUB, and other relevant authority regulations.

• Support the project team in documentation, reporting, and project handover processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant P&S experience, with at least 1 years in HDB projects.

• Strong knowledge of HDB, PUB, and relevant authority requirements.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple site tasks.
