The Role:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as the primary account contact.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.

• Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing accounts.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.

• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and prepare regular reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years experience in IT/AV or related solution sales
