Job Description:
Provide necessary administrative support to enable the team to function effectively & efficiently.
Fully support project team on purchasing requests, submit for billing
Perform clerical / administrative duties; typing, filing, data entry, prepare reports.
Set up & maintain proper filing system for documents/records (hard and /soft copy format)
Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise internally with Finance
Liaise & co-ordinate with HQ on all administrative matters
Any general ad hoc duties
Job Requirement:
N/O Level / NITEC with 2 years of relevant experience
