We are seeking for skilled Manufacturing Specialists (Operators) to join our team where you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our industry-leading products.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for all aspects of the production process, including equipment set-up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making.

• Manage activities in production area(s) including setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.

• Perform basic electrical tasks as part of the assembly process, contributing to the production of cutting-edge products.

• Contribute to the assembly of components, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver products within specified timelines, maintaining focus on quality and cost efficiency.

• Follow instructions from supervisors meticulously to execute manual tasks, contributing to a smooth workflow.

• Perform process related to Labelling, Packing & Palletizing of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc.

• Perform Handling/ Shifting of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment.

What we're looking for:

• Some experience working in a manufacturing and/or laboratory environment will be an advantage.

• Able to perform tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel will be advantageous.

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong work ethic.

• Willing to do overtime (OT) when needed.

• Responsible and committed to work.

• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
