Sales Engineer (ACMV)

Location: Woodlands Close
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $4,000 basic + Quarterly Commission + Transport Allowance (negotiable) + Variable Bonus

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer (ACMV) to grow our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with key customers, especially within the ACMV contractor space. This role involves hands-on sales, client engagement, and strategy execution to drive brand visibility and revenue growth.

• Actively conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our HVAC/ACMV product range.

• Develop and grow new client accounts, particularly ACMV contractors.

• Implement effective sales strategies focused on achieving quarterly and annual targets.

• Prepare quotations and proposals professionally and follow up diligently.

• Forecast demand trends and coordinate inventory needs.

• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with internal operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure service excellence.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in sales or sales coordination (preferably in engineering or construction).

• Prior experience in ACMV systems or HVAC-related industries.
