Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract management and provide guidance across projects.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and risk management.

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and service agreements.

• Monitor and mitigate contractual risks while protecting company interests.

• Manage variations, claims, and extensions to optimize project outcomes.

• Coordinate with departments to support budgeting, payments, and documentation.

• Supervise subcontractor agreements, procurement, and payment processes.

• Lead operational and ad-hoc contract activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Law.

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in the engineering or construction industry.
