• Position: Sales Admin/Coordinator (Customer Service)

• Location: Toh Guan-Few bus stops from Jurong East Interchange

• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000 + Bonus +Medical

• Duration: Permanent 

• Industry: Plastic products supplier

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.

• Deliver excellent customer service to foster strong, long-term client relationships and support the achievement of the company's annual sales targets.

• Liaise and coordinate effectively with local suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

• Perform ad hoc administrative duties for the Director as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 experience in sales/service industry

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level holder

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
