JOB DESCRIPTION
Supports the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the hotel, providing administrative and organizational assistance to the Food & Beverage (F&B) department.
Handles calendar management, correspondence, and general communications; prepares business documents, presentations, and reports; and coordinates meetings and departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.
Manages phone calls, schedules appointments, conducts research, organizes travel arrangements, orders office supplies, and oversees information flow via phone, email, and mail.
Organizes and documents departmental meetings, prepares and circulates minutes, and assists with staff events such as leadership meetings, retreats, and staff gatherings.
Ensures adherence to F&B service standards, policies, and procedures, and performs other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education of High Vocational diploma in any discipline
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Exposure in kitchen operation is a must.
Good knowledge of the cleaning equipment
Ability to communicate basic English
Good planning and interpersonal skills
