Job Details (Here’s what you can expect!)
You get to work primarily in 1 of our 25 hotels in Singapore
6 days’ work week (8 hours per day)

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor linen delivery robots to transport linen and amenities efficiently across guest floors and pantries.
Handle loading/unloading of linen, and ensure timely collection and delivery between rooms and laundry.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth robot dispatch and linen flow.
Inspect and report linen quality issues, shortages, or equipment faults promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries, docking stations, and work areas.
Support sustainability initiatives and assist with housekeeping operations during peak periods.
Any additional duties within reasonable scope assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or administrative coordination in hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Basic English literacy and ability to use inventory systems.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and handle stock movement.
Comfortable with technology, automation, and robotics operations.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and organized.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
