Job Overview

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in delivering administrative and frontline support in Singapore Hospital ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, screening and appointment scheduling.

• Process billing transactions and ensure accurate payment collections.

• Provide frontline assistance to patients, addressing inquiries and offering service recovery where required.

• Support doctors, nurses and therapists during consultations.

• Maintain clinic readiness, ensuring facilities meet operational standards.

• Coordinate follow-ups and assist in managing patient flow for efficient clinic operations.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to institutional guidelines.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder with relevant experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, registration systems).

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
