Job Responsibilities
Accounts Executive #1
Handle treasury, settlements, and cash operations
Monitor and manage daily cash flows, including forecasting future cash positions
Coordinate with banks and brokers on exchange rates and trade-related matters
Track actual performance against budgets and prepare variance analysis reports
Supervise and monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Oversee credit collections and develop strategies to achieve company targets
Responsible for credit insurance reporting
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Accounts Executive #2
Responsible to handle full AR, AP and GL spectrum.
Responsible for ensuring customer receive billing timely
Responsible for paying vendors or supplies purchased or any other expenses incurred by the business
Responsible for company's operating expenses captured in correct accounts and ensure Sub-Ledgers are tally with General Ledger in the system
Responsible for General Ledger month-end closing process
Responsible for Monthly Report Preparation
Responsible for Quarterly IRAS GST Report Preparation
Responsible for Inventory Control in the system, yearly internal and external stock take
Responsible for Yearly Audit Matters, Audited Report and Related Documents Preparation
Prepare for related documents for Tax Agent ECI filling
Ensure the Corporate Tax Computation and Form C process timely and accurately
Job Qualifications
Education Required:
Diploma in Accountancy
ACCA Level 2
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of related working experience
Competencies and Skills Required:
Good communication and presentation skills
Initiatives towards the day-to-day objectives
Technically competent with up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and practices
Strong interpersonal skills and work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Organized, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Effective and fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software
