Job Responsibilities

Accounts Executive #1

  1. Handle treasury, settlements, and cash operations

  2. Monitor and manage daily cash flows, including forecasting future cash positions

  3. Coordinate with banks and brokers on exchange rates and trade-related matters

  4. Track actual performance against budgets and prepare variance analysis reports

  5. Supervise and monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  6. Oversee credit collections and develop strategies to achieve company targets

  7. Responsible for credit insurance reporting

  8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management


Accounts Executive #2

  1. Responsible to handle full AR, AP and GL spectrum.

  2. Responsible for ensuring customer receive billing timely

  3. Responsible for paying vendors or supplies purchased or any other expenses incurred by the business

  4. Responsible for company's operating expenses captured in correct accounts and ensure Sub-Ledgers are tally with General Ledger in the system

  5. Responsible for General Ledger month-end closing process

  6. Responsible for Monthly Report Preparation

  7. Responsible for Quarterly IRAS GST Report Preparation

  8. Responsible for Inventory Control in the system, yearly internal and external stock take

  9. Responsible for Yearly Audit Matters, Audited Report and Related Documents Preparation

  10. Prepare for related documents for Tax Agent ECI filling

  11. Ensure the Corporate Tax Computation and Form C process timely and accurately


Job Qualifications

Education Required:

  • Diploma in Accountancy

  • ACCA Level 2


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience


Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Initiatives towards the day-to-day objectives

  • Technically competent with up-to-date knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and practices

  • Strong interpersonal skills and work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Organized, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

  • Effective and fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software
