Senior Executive – Hospital Operations (5 days office hour) - Up to 4.5K #HHL - #1119584

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned inpatient ward(s), including ward reception, administrative matters, and collaboration with nursing and operational teams.

• Review and improve processes to enhance KPIs, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

• Oversee ward infrastructure and building improvement projects, ensuring planning, compliance, and timely completion.

• Track and recommend actions for budgets, manpower, and training plans.

• Participate in hospital-wide projects, quality improvement initiatives, and service recovery efforts.

• Support relevant hospital committees and update policies/procedures as needed.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in any discipline.

• Healthcare experience is advantageous.

• Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferably in service-oriented roles.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of hospital operations is a plu
