Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out indoor and outdoors service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
- Issue customer indoor and outdoors service reports.
- Assemble & disassemble of units.
- Provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.
- Investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
- Ensure workshop area and equipment are clean at all times.
- Work occasionally overseas on adhoc activation basis.
- Work-at-height at some clients' site.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic English language competency (speak, read, write).
