Deputy Responsible Level 3 (Aerospace NDT) - #1119442

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Responsible Level 3 for Aerospace NDT

• Ensure the NDT aerospace operations is in compliant with the latest NAS410/EN4179, airworthiness regulations and Nadcap requirements

• Oversee the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations to ensure fulfilment of clients’ orders

• Co-ordinate with other operations teams to ensure NDT on aircraft or aircraft components both at clients’ premise and/or in-house are fulfilled

• Assist inspection teams to develop new NDT capabilities

• Communicate with clients readily on technical requests

• Meet the assigned work schedule in a timely manner

• Prepare and upkeep quality system as per Part-145 requirements

• Prepare test reports and/or Airworthiness Release Certificates

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

•  Candidates shall possess NAS410/EN4179 Level 2 and Level 3 for PT/MT/RT/ET/UT

• Candidates holding Level 2 of the NDT methods with potential of becoming Level 3 will also be considered

• Candidates shall attain minimum Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or any relevant disciplines

• Good communication skill in written and spoken English

• Occasional overseas travel may be required  

• Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills

• Good computer and IT skills
