• Position : Logistics Executive (Procurement/Manage Inventory/Sales Support) - Up to $4,000

• Location : Gambas Crescent

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6:30PM

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic + AWS + 14 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Semiconductor

Main Responsibilities:

• Source and Procure: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure compliant purchasing.

• Manage Inventory: Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, aligning with production needs.

• Oversee Logistics: Coordinate shipping and freight to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and customs compliance.

• Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and develop the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Analyze Performance: Track key metrics (like on-time delivery and cost savings) and report on supply chain performance.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with other departments (Sales, Finance, Engineering) to resolve issues and contribute to business projects.

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Preferably with semiconductor industry will be considered.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint).

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
