About The Role
Our Client seeks a skilled and meticulous Molding Technician to join their production team. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of molding machinery, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and technically adept.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain molding machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of molding equipment to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product specifications and standards are met.
- Document and report on machine performance, maintenance activities, and production issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Min. Nitec Certificate in Engineering Discipline
- Strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs
- 6-day work week (11pm to 7am)
- 2 years experience is preferred but not necessary
