Patient Service Associate (1-Year Contract)

Locations: Sengkang, Punggol, Outram, Bedok, Eunos (please indicate preferred location)
Salary: $2,500/month (fixed, regardless of experience)
Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 6:30am – 7:00pm (8-hour shift per day, rostered by supervisor)

• Saturdays: 6:30am – 1:30pm (4-hour shift)

• Total: 44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients at the clinic

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist referrals

• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries professionally

• Manage patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary

• Provide customer service with courtesy and professionalism

• Assist at Health Monitoring Station: taking height, weight, and blood pressure measurements

Requirements:

• Comfortable using computers for patient registration, scheduling, and payment

• Able to start shifts as early as 6:30am on certain days

• Team player with good communication skills
