Regional Business Development Manager (Printing Technology Industry) - #1119604

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $5000 + Commission + VB (gross salary can reach five figures)

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday ; Office Hours

• Location: Admiralty

• Our client is a start-up company in the printing industry and is currently expanding its market globally

• This role requires someone who can drive sales and build strong partnerships across ASEAN and international markets, manage key accounts, implement strategies, and represent the company at major industry events

• Reporting to the CEO

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for print and imaging products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and key corporate clients across the region

• Research and penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments to expand the company’s regional footprint

• Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to provide actionable insights for strategy adjustments and product development

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products, build brand presence, and develop strategic relationships

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in Print & Imaging, with proven track record of exceeding targets

• Knowledgeable in P&I aftermarket services to drive business growth

• Skilled in negotiations, presentations, and client management

• Strong experience in ASEAN markets, with frequent regional and overseas travel
