Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, particularly large organizations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to increase visibility and attract new clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, with a focus on engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
