• Coordinate Talent programs and Next-Gen Talent

• Support planning of workshops and learning sessions

• To maintain and update databases and dashboards using Excel/ Power BI

• To prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

• Create simple communication material using Canva and PowerPoint

• Assist in budget tracking and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Min Degree in HRM/ Business Admin or related discipline

• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Development and digital tools

• Experience in Power BI, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and communication skills
