What you would do
Job Description
As an Events Executive, you will own the end-to-end execution of our Singles events - from initial concept to the final execution. You’ll be the welcoming face at our events, and the person ensuring that all details are in place for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Job Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute singles events, ensuring smooth operations from concept to post-event, this includes on-site hosting of events
Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as our marketing team to promote events, contribute creative ideas, and ensure effective outreach
Logistics coordination to manage venues, materials, vendors, schedules, and staffing needs.
Oversee sign ups, monitor gender ratios, and maintain a balanced, engaging participant mix
Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities to support event initiatives and brand partnerships
Take ownership of event budget and P&L, controlling costs while ensuring profitability
Lead management of part-time staff assisting with event admin and on-the-day operations
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of proven experience in events coordination
Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging diverse groups
Comfortable with working on evening or weekends, when events are scheduled
Basic budgeting or P&L management experience is a plus
