DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales and business growth of metal products for the aerospace, semiconductor, and marine industries.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements, and follow up closely with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and overseas clients.
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Purchasing, and Accounts) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
Manage all sales documentation including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Monitor payment collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
Update and maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or internal systems.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Meet personal and team KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
Support any ad-hoc assignments or projects as required by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and experience:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
1–3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
Experience with aerospace-grade aluminium or high-performance alloys is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Fluent in English and Chinese, other languages is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
