Senior Cloud Engineer (Level 3) - #1119279

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Support 24/7 production environments with shift-based operational coverage and incident response.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates, resolving drift and pipeline issues.

• Lead OS patching and lifecycle management for RHEL and Windows Server environments across all cloud platforms.

• Deploy and troubleshoot applications on Windows and Linux, working closely with development teams.

• Ensure cloud security and compliance through CIS hardening, vulnerability remediation, and SSL/EOL management.

• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and support DevSecOps practices with CI/CD integration.

• Follow ITIL-based service management for incident, change, and problem management via tools like ServiceNow.

• Mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and maintain detailed documentation for audit readiness and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform

• Experience in 24/7 operational support environments with shift rotation.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers.

• Strong background in ITIL processes and ITSM platforms with experiences on CIS security hardening and remediation.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / Professional

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate (preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

• RHCE or Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC)

• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.
